Galaxy skin a change for better?

Rumors and photos have lead to the existence of this phone but other reports say that this phone is just a rumor and nothing more. If the phone comes out perhaps the phone will set a trend just like the iphone did when other companies began making touchscreen smartphones. The galaxy skin could be one of those changing factors that decides the fate of future phones. Should they really be flexible?
