Stream Xbox video to iphone or other tablet?

It has recently been rumored that soon to the new release of the Xbox one that there will be a stream gameplay feature allowing for tablet and smartphone users to stream their gameplay over wifi. I am over joyed to hear such a rumor and expect great things from the Xbox one
